Bravo, Benjamin!

Bravo, Benjamin! Of course I would think well of this writing, because it is a close intellectual relative of the courses on photography and creativity I’ve taught at university-level institutions. The ability to see what others see and think differently is a skill that rewards itself and becomes a lifelong habit, as does the wonder of beginner’s mind. Far too many people forget that elbows, knees, bellies and backs are at least as important as the brand names of cameras and lenses. As to the importance of familiar location, I was taught that lesson by being confined to home for almost a year and using that experience to complete my portfolio Light and Recovery
